Rules & Regulations

Please review these guidelines before your visit — they keep everyone safe and the games running smoothly.

Hours of Operation

To avoid accidents or untoward incidents, children below 12 years old are not allowed on premises.
Each guest, regardless of whether they are playing pickleball or not, must register on the official Dink & Shot reservation platform.
All guests entering the main facility (beyond the reception area), regardless of whether they are playing pickleball or not, must pay the entrance fee.
Dink & Shot allows vapes and e-cigarettes in the designated smoking area. Regular cigarettes are prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the facility.
Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Pets are not allowed.
Racquet sports attire is required for play. For your safety, only court-approved footwear is allowed on the court proper.
Dink & Shot reserves the right to refuse entry.
Guests / participants are allowed to stay on premises up to 1 hour before and 1 hour after their reservation end time.

All reservations and payments, regardless of play type, must be made on the official Dink & Shot reservation platform / website.
Confirmed reservations will be issued a QR code via email, which allows entrance to the facility.
No proof of confirmed reservation, no entry.
Court reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the reserved start time will receive a full refund.
Court reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the reserved start time are non-refundable.
Facility fee payments are refundable if cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellations received within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date. We schedule our staff based on the number of players registered on any given day.

Please limit food and beverages to the lounge areas.
Please be mindful of the court surface — do not bring chairs or heavy objects onto the courts.

Racquet sports attire is required for play.
No denim is allowed.
Only court-approved footwear is allowed.
Paddles and balls are available to borrow for free (subject to availability) — just add them to your booking.
